Making an Appointment
- Just call our office at 845-268-0880. Visits are by appointment only. However, we always accommodate problems that are urgent. Please let us know if you are calling about an urgent situation.
- Our office hours are:
- Mondays through Thursday from
9 AM to 6 PM
- Fridays from 9 AM to 3 PM
- We offer evening and Saturday appointment for diagnostic testing.
- Referrals: If you need a referral from your primary care physician, please be sure to bring it with you or have your doctor fax it to us at: 845-268-0882
- Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow us to complete or update your paperwork.
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, please call the office at least 48 hours in advance.
- Emergencies: Our office is always on call, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. We respond to emergencies quickly. You can reach us through our main number: 845-268-0880.
